Measure on site
Ewan comes out, looks at the house, levels and how the outdoor room should sit against the existing eaves and gutters.
Frame and roof
Posts, bearers and joists go in, then the insulated roof if the job calls for one, pre-wired for downlights.
Decking and finish
Boards, balustrade and stairs fitted so the outdoor room reads as part of the house, not an add-on.
